Here's what to do:
Select “Compete” on your home page > Select “Challenges” on the upper navigation bar > Scroll down to the bottom blue box with custom challenges > Select “Let’s do this!” > Enter the challenge name, challenge description (goal, measure of success, motivation, etc), start date, duration, check-in time > Select “Start Challenge!”.
