The tracker is designed to give you maximum flexibility over which symptom or condition you want to track. You get to decide whether it’s your energy, digestion, headache, pain, mood or anything else. 

If you want to note which symptom or condition you’re tracking for a period of time, add a note in your journal entry that pins when you begin tracking that issue.
