Creating a customized profile is what Selectivor is designed to do best!

When you create your profile, you can personalize your eating preferences in these ways:

  1. List specific diets if you're currently on any. Our database has templates of nearly 100 of the most common diets out there, so you should be able to find the ones that describe your eating patterns. When setting up your Food Profile, enter your diet name(s) under "I'm on the following diets".
  2. List any food allergies if you have any. When setting up your food profile, enter the foods you're allergic to under "I'm allergic to".
  3. List any foods you avoid eating or don't like to eat. This is a cool feature that lets you exclude any food from your Food Profile for whatever reason. Simply don't like something? Let everyone know! When setting up your Food Profile, enter the foods you avoid eating under "I avoid eating".

By using one or all of these features in setting up your profile, you can create a custom eating profile that reflects your individual needs.
